We do however provide (1) access to resources and self-help materials to create your own estate plan documents; and (2) referrals to lawyers that may be engaged to provide legal services at a discounted rates. Testimonials and Reviews

We may display personal testimonials of satisfied customers received through online surveys or via email. We ask for your specific consent as part of the survey. Order Processing. User and Authorized Contact Access to Order Information.. Estates Made Easy will give you, or anyone listed as an authorized contact for your account, information about your order. This may include information about the nature and status of your order, information you provided to process your order, payment information, and contact information. If you want someone to have access to your order, you must list them as an authorized contact or they may not obtain information. You can confirm who is listed as an authorized contact for your account, add new authorized contacts, or remove authorized contacts by clicking first on "My Account", and then on "Account Information". We may send a confirmation email to your authorized contact(s), alerting them that they have been added as an authorized contact. For some products, we may provide information about your order to other individuals named in the order, such as executors named in a last will.

Data Retention.. At minimum, we will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE PRIOR LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Governing Law; Venue.

Attorney Access Services; Use of Term "Experience."

The term "experience" or "experienced," as used on the Site, Applications, and in other communications in reference to third party attorneys participating in Estates Made Easy's legal plans or other attorney access services means that the legal plan primary handling partner of each law firm fulfills the following: (a) possesses a minimum of five years' experience practicing law, (b) maintains errors and omissions insurance policies consistent with industry standards, (c) is in good standing with the state bar in each jurisdiction in which the attorney is licensed to practice, (d) has no pending malpractice lawsuit, as of the date of joining one of Estates Made Easy's legal plans, and (e) has no public record of discipline by a state bar within the last five years. The term "experience" or "experienced" is not intended to be a comparison to any other attorney's services or qualifications.

Right to Refuse.

We reserve the right to refuse access or service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Acknowledgement.

By accessing and using the Site, you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should not use the Site.
